This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. 30.06.2003, 196 (Code on the protection of personal data) and art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (European General Regulation on the protection of personal data).

Dodaroshop with registered office in Via Pianette, 76/78 - 87046 Montalto Uffugo (CS) - ITALY, VAT IT02304240787, in the person of Fabrizio Dodaro, as Data Controller (hereinafter, Data Controller), 
informs pursuant to art. 13, D. Lgs. 30.06.2003, 196 (hereinafter, Privacy Code) and art. 13, EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, GDPR) that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:

 


  • Subject of processing
The Data Controller takes care of the protection of your personal data and respects the applicable data protection ITALIAN legislation (Privacy Code and GDPR 12016/679). Your personal data is treated confidentially and is only transferred to third parties in accordance with this Policy, or with your consent. We process the personal data you provide to us when you use the website and/or after registering for the website.
In particular, we process:
personal data, identifying and non-sensitive (in particular, name, surname, tax code, p. vat, email, telephone number later, personal data or even data) directly provided by you, with the registration to the site and/ or the request to use the individual socio-educational and social services offered; data strictly nominal users minor
data you do not directly provide and otherwise acquired within the limits of what is provided by art. 14, paragraph 5, GDPR the transmission of which is connected to the use of Internet communication protocols (for example, access to the page, amount of data transferred, status message after accesses, session ID numbers, IP addresses, URL addresses, etc.). These data allow you to reconstruct the path of your visits to the site.
  • Purpose of processing
Your personal data are processed:
  • A) without your express consent (art. 24, lett. a), b), c), Privacy Code and art. 6, lett. b), e), GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

process a contract request or a pre-contractual request;

process internal statistics;
fulfill tax obligations arising from existing relationships;
fulfilling the obligations provided for by law, regulation, Community legislation or an order of the Authority;

prevent or discover fraudulent activities or abuses harmful to the website;
pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or third parties, within the limits and conditions set out in art. 6, letter f), GDPR;
exercise the rights of the Data Controller, (by way of example, the right of defence in court);
B) Only with your specific and unequivocal consent (art. 23 and 130, Privacy Code and art. 7, GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes:
send newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products and/or services, other than and/or different from those already purchased, offered by the Data Controller.

If we receive your e-mail address in the context of the sale of a product or a service and you have not opposed this procedure, we reserve the right to send you regular e-mail offers on products in our catalog, similar to those already purchased.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests relating to advertising contact with our customers, interests that are prevalent in the context of a respective balancing of interests.

You can object at any time to the use of his e-mail address by sending a special message to the contact option described below or through a link provided in the e-advertising mail, without incurring any costs other than those of transmission according to the basic rates.

If you register for our Newsletter, we use the data strictly necessary and instrumental for this purpose or the data you communicate separately, to regularly send you our newsletter by e-mail based on your consent.

  • Nature of personal data provision

 

The provision of your Data for the purposes described in point 2, lett. A), n. i and ii) is necessary.

In the absence of the provision, we cannot guarantee your registration on the Site, nor the possibility of processing your requests.
The provision of data for the purposes described in point 2, lett. b), is optional. You can therefore decide not to provide any data or revoke the possibility of our processing of previously provided data. In this case, you will no longer receive our newsletters, while you will continue to receive our services and you will retain the right to register on the site.

  • Methods of processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4, Privacy Code and art. 4, n. 2), GDPR and specifically: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. The processing of your Data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and can also be carried out through automated methods to store, manage and transmit them and will take place through appropriate means, as far as the reason is concerned and the state of the art, to ensure security and confidentiality by using appropriate procedures that avoid the risk of loss, unauthorised access, unlawful use and dissemination.

  • Data retention period

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and for no more than 2 years from the data collection for the Marketing Purposes. After this retention period, the data will be destroyed or made anonymous.

  • Access to data

The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disclosed, or will not be given to indeterminate subjects, in any possible form, including that of their provision or simple consultation. Instead, they may be communicated to the workers who work for the Data Controller and to some external subjects who collaborate with them. In particular, your data may be made accessible to:
employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, consultants authorized to manage the site and provide the related services (for example: customer services, IT department, etc.)as internal Data Processors and/or Data Processors and/or System Administrators;
third party companies or other subjects (for example: credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies, etc.) that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, as external data processors and/or data processors.
Your data may also be communicated, to the extent strictly necessary, to persons entitled to access it by virtue of laws, regulations and Community regulations.

  • Communication of data

Without your express consent (ex art. 24 lett. a), b), d), Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), c), GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes indicated to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities and to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes.

  • Data transfer

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers of the Data Controller and/or third parties appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors, located within the European Union, or in accordance with the provisions of art. 45 et seq. , GDPR. Currently the servers are located in the European Union. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. It remains in any case understood that, if it becomes necessary to transfer the location of the servers, in Italy and/or European Union and/or non-EU countries, such a move will always take place in accordance with articles. 45 et seq. GDPR. In this case, however, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions by stipulating, where necessary, arrangements ensuring an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

  • Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the site may acquire, in the course of their normal activity, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to identify users (i.e. parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user). These data are used by the Data Controller for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools; d) the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as a designated representative in the territory of the State, of responsible persons or persons in charge;
obtain: a) the update, rectification or, where it is of interest to you, integration of data; b) deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) proof that the operations referred to in paragraphs a) and b)
have been made aware, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such performance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, although relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, by the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by email and/or by traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the data subject’s right of objection, set out in point b), for purposes of direct marketing by automated means extends to traditional ones and that however remains subject to the possibility for the data subject to exercise the right of opposition even partially.   • How to exercise your rights
    You have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the Data concerning you, their rectification or cancellation, the integration of incomplete Data, the limitation of processing; to receive the Data in a structured format, of common use and readable by automatic device;  revoke at any time any consent given regarding the processing of your sensitive data and oppose, in whole or in part, the use of the Data; submit a complaint to the Authority and exercise the other rights recognized to you by the applicable law.

  • Minors
    If the person providing the data is under 16 years old, such processing is lawful only if and to the extent that such consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for which the identifying data are acquired.

 

  • Alcoholic beverages
    There are no offers that target users who have not reached the age at which alcohol consumption is allowed. No statements are made about the benefits of alcohol consumption. The products in question will be sold only and exclusively to adults, as required by Italian law.
