It is crystalline in appearance, with a pale straw colour. On the nose it is intense, persistent, fine with hints of orange blossom flowers, white peach, ripe orange and grapefruit. The taste is dry, fresh, very savory full. The following stand out on the aftertaste: sapidity, mineral notes, flowers and fruit.
