Shipping
The total amount of your order will be visible before you proceed with the confirmation of your purchase.
For the packages of the products in our price list, the order is normally dispatched within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order. The delivery terms are purely indicative and shall in no case constitute grounds for total or partial cancellation of the order, nor for any claim for compensation under any title, unless the term has been agreed and accepted as essential.
The courier shall deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping is free of charge for orders over €99.
Re-order: variations in colour from the original shade are possible due to the raw material, the structure of the product, the degree of absorption of the background and external and light conditions.
If the delivery is unsuccessful (in the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery), the customer will be contacted by our Customer Service as soon as possible, making arrangements directly with the customer. DODAROSHOP is not liable for any delays attributable to the fault of the forwarding agent.
Upon receipt of the parcel, please check
- that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered;
- that the package is intact and undamaged; any disputes must be reported to the carrier by indicating on the waybill that you sign for collection, the words "Withdrawn subject to control", otherwise the package is considered correctly delivered.

Transport
Goods always travel at the risk and peril of the customer, even when delivered free at destination. It is the client's obligation to check the goods on arrival. Any anomalies, shortages and defects of any kind, including the number of packages, weight or damage to the packaging, must be immediately notified to the carrier in writing on the transport document or delivery note, having it countersigned by the carrier. Complaints for defects in the goods shall only be admissible if they are made within the terms of the law and in compliance with the provisions of this rule.
Complaints or disputes shall not entitle the purchaser to suspend or in any case delay payment for the goods in dispute or other deliveries.

Returns and Refunds
Our refund policies:
When an item is returned, the amount of the refund and how it is issued may vary depending on whether the product is being returned under the legal warranty of conformity, or because you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal (cancelling the order within 14 calendar days of delivery).

Items returned because they are incorrect, damaged or defective:
If you return an item because of an error on our part or because the item is damaged, defective or is not what you had ordered and repair or replacement was not possible, you will be refunded the cost of the item, the shipping costs incurred to receive it and any costs incurred to return the item.
DODAROSHOP will check all items that have been returned as damaged or defective. In the event that no defect is found, the company reserves the right to charge the shipping costs and the cost of the item itself.

Right of withdrawal within 14 days:
If the consumer, as defined by the Consumer Code, exercises the right of withdrawal, in the cases and within the limits that the same Consumer Code and other applicable legal provisions provide for and subject to the exceptions provided for by the same Consumer Code and other applicable legal provisions, in particular Article 59 Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, within fourteen calendar days from the delivery of the goods, the consumer shall return such goods without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen days from the communication of the withdrawal to DODAROSHOP and the latter shall refund the price of the item and the other payments received, including the shipping costs incurred for the delivery. The following guidelines shall apply to the refund:

If you return an item that is part of a multiple order, we will refund the shipping costs for the individual item returned.
If you return an entire order, the shipping costs for the entire order will be reimbursed.
The consumer shall return the item or hand it over to DODAROSHOP or to a third party authorised by the same without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated to DODAROSHOP his decision to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 54 of the Consumer Code, and the following costs shall be borne by the consumer, even in derogation from the above provisions
a) the additional costs, if the consumer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by DODAROSHOP;
b) the direct cost of returning the goods, unless DODAROSHOP has agreed to bear it.

The consumer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

DODAROSHOP reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has demonstrated that it has returned the goods, whichever situation occurs first, unless the selling company has offered to collect the product to be returned itself.
